Multiple car break ins in neighborhood , non stop vehicles that donât belong on property or live here come on and off property throughout the night , homeless keep dumpster diving , one vehicle was broken into with windows smashed just a couple nights ago , new tenants keep smoking in building when they have a balcony. Iâve had problems before and Iâve voiced my concerns but nothing was fixed. The owner lives in a total different state unaware of whatâs happening. We get a new property manger every other couple months. Cost of living keeps going up while the area gets worse and no accommodation , I regret extending my lease cause I have a family and I spend most nights now wondering whoâs car is getting broken into next or wondering why thereâs vehicles parked all types of hours of the night just sitting there like they are scoping and then leave , I had to purchase my own personal cameras because the ones on property donât work but they charge you for them. Thereâs 3 other property locations around us within 3 miles that are the same price and offer better amenities and safety for your family. Iâm not saying itâs terrible but I promise thereâs better keep looking. I wonât be deleting this review like I did my last. I will also like to state I have email screenshots of getting threaten by skky Cowan about my previous negative review.
P.S: notice how In these reviews they just direct you to voice concerns else where rather than taking direct feedback , people wouldnât be saying anything if we havenât tried that. Itâs an exchange of service when living at a residence. we arenât just living here for free let alone cheap , actually send someone that will help or try and accommodate..Very unprofessional.
