Cindy was absolutely amazing. She came in when she wasnât even working that day, to give me a tour, because I was trying to get out of a bad apartment situation. The tour was phenomenal and the property is beautiful. There wasnât a single thing that made me uncomfortable or question if I wanted to call this place home. The remodel was done great, unlike other places where it seems rushed, the flooring was pristine, and the painting was clean. I couldnât point out anything that would bother me living there. It was so quiet and in a great spot right by the library. I really liked how the building is secure. There are not a lot of units at this place so you can tell they value the community that lives at that complex & they have the time to take care of things.

Cindy is so sweet! I took a tour here the other day and she was super knowledgeable about the property and the area in general! I'm new to Colorado and she took her time making sure I had all the information I needed to make my decision! Such a beautiful apartment as well, I really like how close it is to the library!
